Ingredients (Serves 2-3 cups)

2 cups whole milk (or plant-based alternative for a lighter twist)

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup white chocolate chips

2 tbsp cocoa powder

2 tbsp sugar (optional, adjust for sweetness)

1/2 tsp peppermint extract

Whipped cream for topping

Crushed peppermint candy for garnish

Mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

1. Warm the Base:

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine milk and cream. Stir occasionally until it’s hot but not boiling.

2. Melt the Chocolate:

Lower the heat and whisk in the semi-sweet and white chocolate chips until fully melted and smooth. Add cocoa powder and sugar, whisking until dissolved.
